We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and tucked inside their organic cotton bags.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size.
Pack and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your reusable mailing bag, and drop your parcel off at your nearest designated collection point.
Wait for Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 7-10 working days.
