How do I know which size to order?
We provide detailed size guides on every product page, including body measurements and garment dimensions. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more tailored fit or staying true to size for that signature oversized Yak look.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for sustainability reasons, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce the carbon footprint associated with returns.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide! Standard and express options are available at checkout. Shipping costs vary by destination, and we offer free standard delivery on orders over a specific threshold depending on your location.
How are Lucy & Yak clothes made sustainably?
Sustainability is at our core. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester, and low-impact dyes. Our factories ensure fair wages and safe working conditions, and we are committed to circularity through our Buyback and Resell schemes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because our warehouse team works quickly to get your Yaks to you, we have a very small window to make changes. Please contact our support team immediately, but please note that once an order has reached the packing stage, it cannot be altered.
How should I care for my organic cotton dungarees?
To keep your colors vibrant and the fabric soft, we recommend washing inside out on a cool, gentle cycle (30°C). Air dry only—tumble drying can shrink organic fibers and increase your environmental impact.
